J. Hanna get ’em! Coming with a silky smooth unofficial remix of Pale’s single, Silverstair (which was a dance floor killa in 2012), the young Cleveland/Nashville based producer brings together the sounds of yesterday and today all into one beautiful re-work. J. Hanna did a nice job of keeping the energy of the original track the same, while creating a new higher energy beat to back up the melodies. You’ll be hearing a lot more from J. Hanna in 2014 and the following years! Big ups everyone involved in the original project and big ups this exclusive J. Hanna bootleg!
Cleveland native J. Hanna has stolen the show with this one. Not only has he effectively bootlegged this sultry tune from NYC based producer Jim-E Stack, but he’s done it with such imagination and vigor that I question whether he should even fess up. I guess, like with any bootleg, you have to give it up to the original… but seriously, J. Hanna comes with a crushing remix of what was already a super hype tune. Be sure to stay tuned for new music from both J. Hanna and Jim-E Stack.
Big up fellas!!
Midwest based producers J Hanna (Ganjaology) and Willob wanna make sure you’re not forgetting to dance your spring away , so they just remixed Rihanna’s oh so popular track, Pour It Up. With an electro-trap vibe throughout the entirety of the song, and a solid four to the floor thump, I have a feeling that this remix will reach a wide range of people who listen to everything from house to pop to dubstep. Enjoy this free download and watch out for Willob’s upcoming EP CONTROL FREAK, which will be released May 1st. Big ups fellas!
Cleveland creates talent. It might not KEEP talent, but it does indeed create it. That is going to be lesson of the year. Banditz have produced yet another speaker blowing tune. This time however, it’s a remix Tezo’s (Cleveland’s hottest up and coming rap artist) Ted Dibiase. For those of you who don’t know who Ted Dibiase is, he is the WWE superstar (from the 90’s) who goes by the name “The Million Dollar Man”. How could you not want to be Ted Dibiase? With the exception of Paradise, none of Banditz other tracks feature a vocals as a prevelant part of their songs. I must say…I really like the change of pace with this song. The swung beat with Tezo’s energy on top of the track leaves you in a blissful state for a couple minutes. They put in a lot of work on this remix, and it really shows. It seems they really might be learning a few things at school! THEY BE STUNTIN! STUNTIN! STUNTIN! STUNTIN! This track goes hard. Bump it and show Banditz and Tezo some love!
Ganjaology members J Hanna and Dozur AKA Banditz absolutely killed it in 2011, releasing 6 huge tracks over the course of the second half of 2011. Be expecting some huge sounds out of Florida in 2012! Big ups fellas!
The Ganjaologist and J Hanna teamed up in November to collaborate on a hood banger/club banger mashup and this is what we got. There really isn’t much else to say except…TURN YOUR SPEAKERS UP! Ganjaology. Over and out.
Before I forget, let me give a huge shout out to @KushKobain too! Project Pat will never die.
This track is pure evil. I’m expecting Lucifer himself to slowly creep out of my speakers at any minute…or maybe be abducted by aliens? Either way I think I’ll end up in the same place. HELL. Have a listen to this freshly released banger and you tell me where people will be going after this gets dropped in the club.
Ganjaology team member John Hanna aka @itsthejhanna has a new project in the works with Florida native, Billy Da Kid, better known to the Orlando bass scene as Dozur. Together they now go by Banditz. With a new release this past week and shows in both Florida and Ohio over the next few months, these two Full Sail University producers will have their work cut out for them while they finish up 2011. Follow Banditz on SoundCloud HERE, ‘like’ their Facebook page HERE, and click play below to hear their new track BPD.
Got damn! Subscape never ceases to amaze me. His smooth melodies with his beautifully perfected synths come together to make such amazing tunes. He can do the grime, he can do the melodic club banger, he can do it all. Love this tune, big ups to Subscape. Enjoy the banger that releases in just a few days!
A few months ago I’m chillin’ around my house relaxing with some ganja and some tunes on when my phone rings. I look at the caller id and It’s J Hanna on line one from Florida. “What up mane?” I say as I answer the phone. “Chillin’ maaaan, I’ve been working on this new track though! I’m gonna send you what I have so far so you can check it out and tell me what you think.” J Hanna responds. I’m always down for some serious discussion involving music, so I waited a few minutes while J Hanna dropped the clip he had in our DropBox. I was expecting nothing short of the best from J Hanna, but what he had produced far surpassed the best and is up there with the greatest.
My ears were in heaven. The clip started off with a smooth beginning with a bouncy synth and a nice clap. From there I heard a familiar voice…
There ain’t a cop that can stop me, My posse is cocky and they don’t quit until they drop me, I’m loyal to the game!
Really? Yes, really. J Hanna did the fool and sampled the ending line of 2Pac’s first verse of Loyal To The Game. Following up the bounce and the catchy sample are some well put together wobbles that truly capture J Hanna’s dedication to the music game and his enthusiasm for life. This song will get you ready for anything…surfing, smoking, fucking, sucking (shout out to all the girls going wild over this one!), skating, working, I MEAN ANYTHING! You name it, this song will make you do whatever you do 100% better. Enjoy it!
From the first time I met J Hanna many years back he was always involved in music. Starting off with a highschool ska band, moving on to doing some light production with Quiz of Digiraatii, and now to the minor leagues studying music production at Full Sail University, this amateur is sure to turn pro sooner or later. Keep an eye out for more free downloads from the up and coming producer and be expecting more ill tunes in 2011!!
HAPPY FUCKING BIRTHDAY MY MAN!!!!
This symphony of synths, put together by two of Canada’s biggest names in dubstep, is sure to be blowing up all over the web in the coming weeks. I’d heard that Datsik had been dropping it at recent shows but hadn’t been able to find a good version of it online. It’s heaviness, melody, grime, and beauty, all thrown in a blender with some nice northern womps. Check it! J Hanna out.
Dream is an up and coming dubstep producer from the UK who has been getting drops from some of the biggest DJs out there. Currently unsigned, most of his tracks aren’t even available to purchase yet, but keep your eyes out and your ears peeled for this dudes grime.
His track this isn’t house caught my attention when skream and benga dropped it at Ultra Music Festival this past march. The place went absolutely fucking wild. His old school wobbles gave me a feeling the same as Jahova did when I first heard it. When his simple yet perfect wobbles drop its hard to keep from getting down right then and there. So sit back with a blunt, or get your womping shoes on, and enjoy this massive tune.
